BOOKING AND PAYMENT

BOOKING FEE
A booking fee is required to secure your session date and time. This fee will be applied towards reserving our team for your specific session date. Because we hold this spot especially for you and turn away other work, it is non-refundable.

PAYMENT OF PRODUCTS
There are no digital files or physical products included in the session fee. They are purchased separately based on the client’s selection at their designated ordering appointment. Payments can be made via credit card, Venmo, bank transfer, check, or cash.

CANCELLATION
Cancellations made within 60 days before the session will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. If Rob Faber Photography, LLC | FBR Media Group cancels the session, a full refund of the booking fee will be provided.


SESSION POLICIES

PUNCTUALITY
Please arrive on time for your session. Sessions will not be extended due to late arrivals.

SESSION DURATION
The duration of the session will be as specified in your booking confirmation.


IMAGE DELIVERY

EDITING
All images will be professionally edited and delivered in JPEG format. Rob Faber Photography, LLC | FBR Media Group does not release unedited files or RAW formats of their work for any reason.

DELIVERY TIME
Digital images will be delivered within 2.5 weeks of the session date. Due to the nature of digital files they are non-refundable after delivery.

DELIVERY METHOD
Digital images will be delivered via online gallery sent to your email address.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Physical products such as smaller prints, artwork and albums have a turnaround time varying from one week to 16 weeks depending on the scale of your piece. Lead times will be discussed at the time or ordering.


IMAGE USE

CLIENT USAGE
Clients may use the images for personal use, including social media, printing up to 8x10 size, and sharing with family and friends. Commercial use is available with written consent from Rob Faber Photography, LLC | FBR Media Group.

PHOTOGRAPHER USAGE
Rob Faber Photography, LLC | FBR Media Group reserves the right to use images for promotional purposes, including website, social media, and marketing materials. Clients who do not wish their images to be used must notify Rob Faber Photography, LLC | FBR Media Group in writing before the ordering appointment.

COPYRIGHT
All images are copyrighted by Rob Faber Photography, LLC | FBR Media Group. Clients receive a personal use license and do not own the copyright to the images.


LIABILITY
Rob Faber Photography, LLC | FBR Media Group is not responsible for any injuries, property damage, or loss incurred during the session. In the unlikely event that images are lost, damaged, or cannot be delivered due to technical failure, Rob Faber Photography, LLC | FBR Media Group's liability is limited to a refund of the session fee.

REFUND POLICY
Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided except in the case of cancellation by Rob Faber Photography, LLC | FBR Media Group or failure to deliver images as agreed.
