What Is a High School Media Day?

A team media day is a scheduled, on-site photography experience where athletes are individually photographed in a consistent, professional setup—often styled similarly to collegiate or professional sports media days.
Unlike traditional picture days, media days are designed with intentional lighting, clean backdrops, and guided posing to create strong, confident athlete portraits that feel modern, powerful, and cohesive across an entire program.

This Zoom meeting covers session details — from location and outfit choices to the overall direction of the shoot — ensuring everything is aligned before the day of.

We will meet with your coach and captains to plan specific features of your CT Media Day for your athletes and team.
